"Unless you puke, faint, or die...KEEP MOVING" ~JM

That was our motto this week... and will continue to be! I am staying with my sister and bro in law! And we have all been motivated to CHANGE our lifestyles! So it has been fun having them for support!! We work out and cheer each other on- and when we make good "choices" in food and beverage we praise each other! I LOVE having a support group!! It really helps! I have not weighed myself in a couple weeks, but will when I get home - I am curious what my body is doing! Some of the things I have been doing this week:

I have an app on my phone called "Jillian Michaels Slim Down" I LOVE it! She shows you weighs to do weights and so on... This one was so fun to do and hard! It really worked me!!  

Another app on my phone is "iMapmyRun" You hit start when you begin running and it maps where you run and keeps track of mileage and such while you are running!! Friday is when I did this workout... I wanted to run, however I had left my shoes, so i have been borrowing my sisters and my feet are MUCH smaller than hers. So when I ran for a little bit at the beginning it hurt my shins- so I just decided to walk  for a half hour... I didnt do too shabby!

EATING BETTER! This week Rach, Seth, and I would eat MUCH better foods for us- This was one of our lunches! It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I love making good food choices and the way I am starting to feel making the better choices!

YUM! You're awesome! I love eating/talking/thinking about food. Bonus points if it's healthy! I'm a nutrition major :) ahah

That salad looks delicious! Great job! I can definitely tell when I'm making better food choices because I feel TONS better! I noticed it gets easier too (well maybe not way easier, but I'm getting better at it.).
