I hate that I am not losing pounds....
My back is KILLING me lately and it hurts to move- So i have been relaxing it... I put a heating pad on it and then do some stretches that my Bob and Jillian (aka Seth and Rachel) suggested I do... and it really relieves the pain for awhile!!
BUT I have been doing really good food wise! I can do this and I will LOSE WEIGHT!

I agree Emily! I think you have lost inches!! I wish I had thought to take before and after pics. Although I'm sure I can find one from when I weighed 232.
I'm sorry your back hurts. What did you do to it? I hope you start to feel better.
You can do it! Even just the eating better will help. Are you using a calorie tracker or anything? I love using myfitnesspal on my phone.
I think inches are more important to count. Your body is probably building muscle which weighs more than fat. You can do it Emily!
I was going to say the same thing about muscle weighing more than fat. Yes, Emo, you have lost in inches!! Keep up the stretching, heating pad, and some ibuprofen. KEEP IT UP!!! :) I am proud of you you know what I mean!?!
You're looking great! I think your posture has improved from that first picture too.
