Snack Time :)

These are Edamame's-
I LOVE THEM! They are sooo yummy and good for you!! They make a perfect healthy snack!
Other snacks I like to enjoy are:
Cottage cheese
hard boil egg
almonds
string cheese
carrots

What are your favorite snacks!? It is nice to get a variety and different ideas, so I am not eating snacks monotonously every day!! 

So suggestions?

Mmm. Those look good. I've never heard of them before. Are they like peas? I eat a lot of the same things you do for snacks, plus these ones. It depends on what's in my fridge and how much money I have to spend on groceries.

My favorite snacks are:

popcorn (airpopped)
apples
celery sticks
pretty much any kind of veggie
sunflower seeds
a small glass of milk
yoplait yogurt (the light ones)
and I haven't had them for a really long time, but I love sugar snap peas.
can of tuna fish

I love dipping veggies in different sauces. Salsa, guacamole, and hummus are all awesome! Try carrots dipped in salsa! or cucumber dipped in hummus! All three of those "Sauces" add so much flavor to otherwise bland veggies. Plus they're good for you!

I used to have this dieting book, which I followed for like one day, and the dude said popcorn is a good snack - just not the movie kind. Plain.

I also love Edamame! And ironically so does Noah (its amazing). Anyway...you are a better snacker than I am. My favorite snacks are definitely fruit though and smoothies (you can add a little spinach and not even notice!!) And if I am being honest the 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels. So pretzels are a good snack...but probably not too many of the chocolate covered ones. I need to wean myself, I seriously think I am addicted!
