I have been AWFUL the last couple weeks... Self control has been HORRIBLE!

What is my problem.. I really need to FIX this! A couple things I know i need to help me get out and KEEP MOVING is:
~A JOGGER 
(coming hopefully this week from my friend)
With Mary and no husband at the time to watch her so I can go run...
~A TRAINER
I need someone (maybe this blog can be this ... I need to really record what I have done, what I havent done, etc...
~A TREADMILL
Sometimes it is so hard to always do wii, run outside, I dont have a membership to a gym... I need variety
~SUGGESTIONS
What do you do to  have variety in your workouts?
What do you do when at night is the only time you have to work out?
WHAT DO YOU DO?!

This is such a random post, I hope it makes sense! :)

Em, you make perfect sense. :) I'll help you, but you've gotta help me too! :D I can push you. Hey, it's what I love! Why else would I be going into Exercise Science. :P

I don't know what your guys' budget is, but I think lifting weights is critical in losing weight and becoming fit. It helps in variety too. A gym membership (if you would use it) would be helpful. Especially like Gold's Gym that has a Kiddie Care. (Not sure if all of them have that. The one in Twin did though.)

As for working out in the nighttime, I would save that time to do your Wii workouts and it's also a great time to do Ab Circuits.

Just remember that it doesn't necessarily matter what you do, as long as you do it and keep moving. :D

I love cardio workout DVDs! You can also youtube them sometimes if you don't want to pay :) GOOD LUCK!

I had a sister that used to go to YMCA, it's like $15/ month and they have a kiddycare. She loved it.

I know this seems silly, but it helps me. If you can ever stand and eat, do it. you lose more calories that way.

Eat more apples. They are essential. It also helps your muscles to eat a banana after your workouts, and you get in another fruit. :)

Now, here is something that I believe super firmly in- pray for it. Heavenly Father is there and listens and wants to help. I was training for a marathon and every time I was in the middle of my runs I would find myself getting discouraged because it was harder than I thought, so I would say a prayer and ask for help, then suddenly I realize my workout was done, and enjoyable. It's amazing what the Lord does for us. He will help you too.

Remember that you just need to make good habits, once you do, it's a habit and you won't break it. It takes time to get there, but don't get discouraged. Hang in there. Losing weight is hard and not fun, but you will be happy that you did.

You can borrow my p90x videos. I won't be able to use them for about a year. They're super hard but there's a lot of variety and you can tone everything down at first (I certainly had to). There's a training plan and meal plan booklet too if you want.

Kay, so once you get that jogger, you will be able to do so much more. On the nice days that we've had lately (um, like maybe two nice days per week) - I take my jogger out with Mikey during the day. It's soooo much harder jogging while pushing a kid than jogging on your own. If your friend can't lend you their jogging stroller, you can use mine while I'm gone. Lovies.
