?!QUESTION!?

This was today after  my Nike workout! WOW! I had sweat so much, I was tasting salt! WAHOO!

Back in May I was sitting in a Surgical waiting room with my mother in law, while my (step)father in law was receiving a total knee replacement. On the TV they had a story on weight loss. The guy Bob Green i believe was his name, asked 3 Questions- I am going to ponder these questions now,,, and will do future posts on them! Here they are
  1. Why are you overweight?
  2. Why do you want to lose weight?
  3. Why have you not been successful?
There ya have it... Stay tuned!

I will ponder those questions too! I have pondered them more recently. The biggest loser makes me think of these often!

Those are GREAT questions and will help you focus in on your why to exercise and loose weight. If you have an answer for the Whys, then you will be more motivated to continue! Keep sweating hard!! It’s a reward for working hard!! :)
