Hey I am back...
Last weekend I was really really sick with strep throat! It was awful!
After being back from Cali, and felling as big as I was when i started this blog. And after being sick last weekend... I AM READY to get back in the game!
I have been more careful what I am eating and trying to stay active. Sometimes I get discouraged because I didn't have time to exercise or whatever. But I have come to realize that I am a mother to a THREE year old. A babysitter to a 1 year old, 2 year old, and another 3 year old... So I just need to stay active! Walk with them, chase them at the park, just KEEP MOVING... Thats the key right? Of course I will still get exercises as I can but I am not going to "not getting to exercise" ruin my day and diet!
I also had a little scare the other day... my blood sugar was 20!! That is LOW! And I am surprised that I did NOT pass out! The beginning of the week I have just felt weird... (shaky, anxious, hungry, tired, etc) I have realized that it is the unhealthy eating habits again! And the lazy attitude!
SO my head is back in the game and I am eating healthier and will KEEP MOVING!
STAY ACTIVE!!! I CAN DO THIS! Yes I CAN!

That is scary on the blood sugar! I hope you get it all worked out.
You can do it! I know you can! Good for you for not giving up entirely. When we get off track we just have to turn ourselves back around and get going again.

I know you can! OK I am going to tell you what I do... when you are at the park with your kids, play too. Then find a big rock or picnic bench and do exercises. Bring your nike app on your iphone, which I know you have with you all the time! Do one of those workouts at the park. You can watch the kids while doing this. Then think of 3 times during the week that you can do some high intense workout with no distractions for 45 minutes. Cardio. Taking Mary for a run/walk in the stroller. Walking the river with mom. Have Will watch Mary while you go workout. Etc. You need to put your health as a high priority, then you will have more energy for the things you need to do as a mom and care giver. You are an awesome mom and person. I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!!! OK so now that I said all that, I kind of do this, so I need to take my own advise! So some of that was me and some of that was from one of the contestants on the biggest loser seaon 7 who gained 12 pounds after going home, but knew she had to kick it in gear. She would not take the time for herself. Love you! We can do this!
