okay so I don't know if I've told you this before but I think of loosing weight as managing a bank account, or saving money for something. Sure, spending $1, on something random might not seem like a big deal, but it adds up. That's taking you $1 away from your goal to buy, say, a new pair of jeans. It's a budget. You have to budget in your calories, fat, and exercise. Hope that makes sense :) I really like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. She has serveal other videos too. especially if you're into Jillian Michaels. I would also set small daily goals. If you sya I was to loose __ amount in 6 months, that puts it too distant. BUT, if you say I want to resist soda today and workout for an hour, that's something you can accomplish TODAY! :) Best of luck! you can do it!

A favorite snack around our house is cottage cheese on top of saltine crackers. You can also add almonds on top. The cottage cheese is the 2% kind. We like this snack because you can eat 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (which doesn't sound like a lot, but when you measure it out it is!!). It is really filling and satisfying. You could add some lemon pepper seasoning if you need some more flavor too. That is a great snack, and a great post workout protein intake. 1/2 cup is only 100 calories, only 8% of your saturated fat intake, and gives 14 grams of protein! It really is a powerful snack.

My suggestion for a snack was the same as Seth's. Another suggestion I have is...ants on a log, aka, celery, pb, and raisins! YOU CAN DO IT EMO!! UNLESS YOU PUKE FAINT OR DIE, KEEP MOVING!!!!
