What Happened...

I thought I would rewind a little... A few posts ago I think it was written in february  or March of 2013... I mention support groups I went to and such! Well the end of March my families lives were turned upside down!!!! 

March 21- by older brother Brian was killed in a car accident :( this is the hardest, saddest thing I have ever gone through! It is so so painful! He is so young, has a dear wife, 2 kids that he left behind! It is all just so heartbreaking... 

With this tragedy going on- I let myself completely go! I didn't care what went in my mouth! Good or bad- I ate it... Definitely an emotional eater! And frankly j didn't care! The more chocolate... The better! 

So when my sister in law, Jessy handed me those Omni drops... I was hesitant and scared... But so glad I have leaped...
