Jan 4 and Jan 5 I started loading! This is a lot harder than you think. You have to have a constant feeling of being stuffed! I ate so much! I went out to eat to Olive Garden and loaded up on breadsticks- lots and lots of breadsticks! I ate tons more but can't remember it all! You are expected to gain 3-4 lbs while loading... I gained ONE pound while loading... While I was loading- I prepared a few meals and bagged up the measured out veggies...
I started phase 2 at the weight-That I have never ever been before. And hope to never return ... I started phase 2 at 212.2...
Yes I just announced my starting weight... But I have to have accountability down somewhere... Right?
While on phase 2 I have learned and loved some new recipes!!! Here are a few favorites:
Homemade chicken nuggets!
Steak and roasted asparagus!
I really feel like I am eating gourmet style every day!
