Do you watch Biggest Loser!? As you all know I DO!! Have you seen the contestants talking to their trainer and has what they call "a breaking point" in their journey? Well I had one LAST NIGHT! I was really emotional and realized that I need to do something about my weight! I am not happy with myself and I know that if I want to be here for my precious Mary, my husband, and be able to have future children, I need to learn to take care of my body! I am so sick of being overweight and I am ready and determined to lose! My sister Angie, sister Rachel and her husband Seth, have been such GREAT supports and I broke down last night to them, asking for their help in support and motivation!!! YOu guys are awesome! Thanks so much for your support and I am excited for my journey!!
I have gotten many suggestions for snacks/meals and i can ALWAYS use more so I don't get sick of the same thing everyday! So if you have any and have not shared it yet, please do so!

Em-- I love to eat whole wheat pasta with chicken, vegtables & broth.
Brown up some chicken in olive or coconut oil w/ your seasonings of choice.( i use onion and garlic powders)
You boil califlower and brocolli in chicken broth until tender.
I put my noodles, then broth mixture, chicken and I sprinkle the top w/ a little parmesan cheese...its soo yummy.
Under 300 cal and very filling plus has protein to hold you over!
I am doing weight Watchers and I love the program, you don't feel deprived (most of the time). But one of my favorite things about it is that you can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want without having to count them towards your daily points. I have learned to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables which helps you feel fuller and more satisfied.
Also you have to allow yourself little treats every day in order to not feel deprived, it is all about portion control. Good luck, it is a life long challenge for me that I am still working on.
