... Tis the season for GIRL SCOUT COOKIES! Those things are the devil!!! I could eat a whole box of Thin Mints in one setting! It is so hard to have self control! I am not saying I should never have one again!!!! But I really really need to learn self control! If I am not careful I will gain all my weight back... I really really do not want that to happen!!!

I have been up a couple pounds from my phase 3 base line and planned on doing a steak day....
A steak day is when you have no food at all day until dinner- at dinner you have a 16 oz steak the fattier cut the better... And after an hour of eating the steak you consume an apple or tomatoe... This helps reboot your system again and helps you start to maintain again...
However I woke up with the stomach flu- blah--- So I have not eaten a single bite of anything... Not sure I have even the stomach to try a steak- I am worried to eat...
What do you do when you get down? I know without a shadow of a doubt that I can do this, I can maintain and stay in control--- but with those girls scout cookies or Easter candy all around...
How do you stay strong?????
I can do hard things is my mantra this week!

Dude, I HAVE eaten an entire box of thin mints in one sitting. Many times. They are the devil. My family is doing this healthy living challenge thing, and we get 5 points a day for no soda. Mainly, I do well, but on difficult, emotional days, I go and buy a soda. And then I beat myself up about it. :) But look at you! Look at how much you've lost! You've done hard things! If you're up a few pounds, no worries. It's better than being up 40 pounds, right?? You're amazing. I've been following your
weight loss journey with awe and excitement. You're amazing!
I have a fitness board on Pinterest with motivational quotes and pictures pushing me to eat clean and stay fit. I keep that up on my second computer screen during harder days. Really helps me!
