So I am still struggling with losing weight... Motivation is what I am LACKING! A couple of my sisters and my mom have started a challenge with junk food and exercise! It's a point system! We get 5 pts a day for not eating junk- and 5 pts for exercising! We get one day that we can have a treat and not lose pts!
Along with this challenge I joined another challenge with my friend Lauryn! She is a personal trainer for this challenge we are working on clean eating and exercising 6/7 day a week! She helps us with meal plans and ideas on how to put healthy spins in our favorite foods!
I am excited about both of these challenges and I really hope I can have the self control and motivation to start getting back to my "ideal weight"!!

You look really great, Em! I can see a difference in your waist.
Me too! Good job, and work hard. With eating healthier and exercising three out of 6 days, I lost over a pound. So when I feel better and get into action, it will make me lose more :)
