So as I said in my last post a lot of things have gone on since I last posted that set me back pretty far! You can read about it HERE and HERE! Well I have gotten VERY behind on my weight loss journey! I need to get back in the scheme of things at least until I get pregnant- and even then make HEALTHY choices and not make the excuse "I am eating for two i can eat what I want" Bob would slap me in the face! (The real Bob and fake Bob!) So I am totally starting over - this is "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" blog right!? So i am erasing my before picture and starting a new tomorrow- since i am about the same or MORE than i was in that picture!
I have asked my Sister and Brother in law to give me a challenge to do and so i can check in with them-And this is my challenge for Monday:
Drink 64 oz of water, take a brisk 20 min walk on treadmill or outside, and replace a unhealthy snack with a HEALTHY snack!

You are such an amazing, strong woman! I so admire the way you cheerfully and faithfully face your trials. You truly inspire me. Good luck with your goal tomorrow!
